THE KORAN DEFENDS THE
MESSENGER OF ALLAH
The people of Mecca described the prophet by the rudest descriptions, however, look at the high fulfillment of the method of Koran upon himself before others, Allah ordered him not to defend himself, He said to him:
"Truly! We will suffice you against the scoffers" 15-95
If they said that he is a sorcerer, Allah defended him in Koran, He said: "He is not a sorcerer" If they said that he is a poet, Allah defended him in Koran and said: "It is not the word of a poet," 69-41 If they said that he is insane, Allah said: " And (O people) your companion (Muhammad) is not a madman;" 81-22 Allah Himself carried out the responsibility of defending his beloved and chosen prophet against the insults of disbelievers and polytheists. Allah said, teaching and reminding him:
"Show forgiveness, enjoin what is good, and turn away from the foolish (i.e. don't punish them)" 7-199
And this leads to the result Allah mentioned:
"Then verily! he, between whom and you there was enmity, (will become) as if he was a close friend" 41-34
